Don’t let your company fall behind on AI.
A hands-on intensive AI workshop with real deliverables for your company and team. Learn how to multiply your outcomes across your organization, directly from operators, founders, and university professors who build and teach this every day.
October 28–29, 2026
- Two full days, in person, hands-on
- Action items for your company, mapped gate by gate
- Program Certificate on completion
- Sixty-four seats only
Independent program. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Vistage Worldwide, Inc.
The tools and techniques Fortune 500 companies are already using to out-compete and out-earn, brought to small and mid-size companies. The gap between the companies outperforming their competition with AI and the ones not yet using it efficiently is almost never technology. It is a concrete systems plan that is easy to follow and implement.
Limited to sixty-four seats, with tailored workshops and breakout sessions, live demonstrations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives across the core process backbones. Bring the people who will actually own this at your company.
Learn from the people actually building this.
Operators, founders, and university professors, plus your host. They work in this every day, and each one teaches directly into the work you are doing in the room. Select any name to read their full background.

Workshop leaders & floor facultyFinance & opsMarketing & general businessThey run workshops, sit with tables during breakouts, and stay on the floor while you build.Alongside the faculty, the AI Multiplier Series team brings extensive experience applying AI inside real businesses. They work the floor with you throughout both days, help lead the workshops and breakout sessions, and sit with tables while you build, so nobody gets stuck. Additional faculty are announced as agreements are signed.
Leave with the AI competitive advantages large companies are already using to outpace competition.
We adapt the enterprise process-analysis discipline that large corporations are using to multiply their competitive edge with AI, and apply it to small and mid-sized companies. You map your own business against six cross-functional workflows, then score every gate in that workflow on a three-tier AI opportunity heat map. You go home with a structured, defensible document about your operations, not a generic slide deck.
Assistive and automation-layer AI. Low organizational risk, fast to deploy, and the fastest thing you can act on when you get back to your desk.
Predictive and analytics-layer AI. Requires data and process readiness, and this is usually where the real margin sits for a mid-sized company.
Agentic and autonomous-layer AI. Requires governance and change management, and knowing which of these to ignore for now is worth as much as knowing which to chase.
Six process backbones your company needs to integrate with AI now in order to stay ahead, covered in two days.
Every company maps, in some form, to these six, from two employees to two thousand and beyond.Lead-to-Cash
Procure-to-Pay
Plan-to-Fulfill
Hire-to-Retire
Record-to-Report
Issue-to-Resolution
You leave with action items, not notes.
The two days are structured around building it. By the close on day two, you will have the action items ready to refine and expand your company processes on Monday, over the next one to two quarters, and long-term.
- Your own backbone, mapped gate by gate
- An AI opportunity heat map scored across all three tiers
- A prioritized action plan naming what to start first
- The medium and longer-range moves to schedule, and the ones to leave alone
- Governance and risk notes to protect what you build
Downtown Chicago, on the river at Michigan Avenue.
Chicago, Illinois 60611
The Gleacher Center is the University of Chicago Booth School of Business downtown campus, at the corner of the Chicago River and North Michigan Avenue. It is a purpose-built executive education building, which is why the rooms actually work for two days of hands-on sessions.
- Walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, the Loop, and Streeterville hotels, with Ogilvie and Union stations a short ride away.
- Parking is easy. Several garages within a short walk offer low daily rates, and we send the current list with rates and entrances to every registered attendee.
- Transit and air. The CTA Red Line at Grand is a short walk. O’Hare and Midway are both a straightforward ride.
- Everything is in the building. Breakfast, lunch, and all sessions both days, so you are not moving between venues.
The Gleacher Center is the event venue only. The AI Multiplier Series is an independent program and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the University of Chicago or the Gleacher Center.
Everything above happens in one room, over two days.
Sixty-four seats at the Gleacher Center in Chicago. Breakfast and lunch included both days.
The program at a glance.
Faculty of AI operators, executives, entrepreneurs, university professors, and machine learning PhD researchers. Both days run 8:30am to 5:00pm, single track, with breakfast and lunch included, structured around building and action items rather than watching.

Leave with your Program Certificate in Advanced AI Leadership Applications in Emerging Business.
Every attendee who completes both days and successfully completes a short end-of-program assessment receives the Program Certificate, presented at the closing session, along with a digital version you can share on LinkedIn. It marks two days of real work, and the people who were in the room with you know exactly what it took.
The Program Certificate is issued by the AI Multiplier Series and recognizes completion of this program. It is a program credential that empowers operators to put AI to work in their business, and is not accredited by, affiliated with, or issued by any university, licensing body, or continuing-education authority.
Sixty-four seats, and the early bird rate ends September 7.
Bring the person who will actually own this at your company. The second seat is 25 percent off, and every seat after the third is half price.
Leaders who intend to win the next decade.
Come yourself, or send the person on your team who will actually own AI at your company. Plenty of companies do both, which is why the seat pricing is built for two, three, and more.
Sixty-four seats, and not one more.
The room holds seventy-one. Faculty and the program team take seven of those, which leaves sixty-four seats for the people who came to build. That number is a design decision, not a limitation.
Sixty-four seats. Two days. October 28–29.
Gleacher Center, 450 North Cityfront Plaza, Chicago. Breakfast and lunch included both days.
The room is deliberately small so that everyone builds and everyone is heard. When the seats are gone, they are gone, and we would rather leave one empty than fill it with someone who is only there to watch.

We want to give you the skills to build, optimize and redesign the way you work.
The AI Multiplier Series gives you the skills to put AI to work — taught by operators building real AI systems, entrepreneurs who’ve scaled companies across media, marketing, and technology, and researchers working at the edge of what’s coming next.
It is produced by a group of Chicago-area business executives from consumer products, finance, media, and technology, for one reason: the room they wanted to learn in did not exist yet.
Members of our faculty have been published in or contributed to outlets including Forbes, Fortune, and Wordable, and have presented in NASDAQ leadership programs. Our lead speaker presented in a 2017 NASDAQ leadership series on social media and entrepreneurship — at a moment when most leaders still underestimated the shift.
This is that moment again, for AI.
The companies that move now will not be caught.
