The AI Multiplier Series brings small to mid-size companies the tools and techniques that Fortune 500 companies are already using to out-compete and out-earn. The gap between the companies outperforming their competition with AI and the ones not yet using it efficiently is almost never technology. It is a concrete systems plan that is easy to follow and implement.

Limited to sixty-four seats, with tailored workshops and breakout sessions, live demonstrations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives across core process backbones that apply to companies from two employees to two thousand and beyond.

Bring the people who will actually own this at your company. AI is no longer just a priority. It is the differentiation factor defining industries in 2026 and beyond.

The AIMS Expert Team

Workshop leaders & floor facultyFinance & opsMarketing & general businessThey run workshops, sit with tables during breakouts, and stay on the floor while you build.
An expert team in the room with you.

Alongside the faculty, the AI Multiplier Series team brings extensive experience applying AI inside real businesses. They work the floor with you throughout both days, help lead the workshops and breakout sessions, and sit with tables while you build, so nobody gets stuck. Additional faculty are announced as agreements are signed.

The AI Multiplier Method

Leave with the AI competitive advantages large companies are already using to outpace competition.

We adapt the enterprise process-analysis discipline that large corporations are using to multiply their competitive edge with AI, and apply it to small and mid-sized companies. You map your own business against six cross-functional workflows, then score every gate in that workflow on a three-tier AI opportunity heat map. You go home with a structured, defensible document about your operations, not a generic slide deck.

Tier one · Short-term
Quick hits

Assistive and automation-layer AI. Low organizational risk, fast to deploy, and the fastest thing you can act on when you get back to your desk.

Drafting, summarizing, triage, first-pass generation.
Tier two · Mid-term
Medium-range gains

Predictive and analytics-layer AI. Requires data and process readiness, and this is usually where the real margin sits for a mid-sized company.

Scoring models, forecasting, anomaly detection.
Tier three · Long-term
Longer-range moves

Agentic and autonomous-layer AI. Requires governance and change management, and knowing which of these to ignore for now is worth as much as knowing which to chase.

End-to-end workflow ownership by AI, humans on exceptions.

Six process backbones your company needs to integrate with AI now in order to stay ahead, covered in two days.

Every company maps, in some form, to these six, from two employees to two thousand and beyond.
01

Lead-to-Cash

Demand gen → qualification → quote → order → fulfillment → invoice → collections
02

Procure-to-Pay

Sourcing → PO creation → receiving → invoice match → payment
03

Plan-to-Fulfill

Demand planning → scheduling → execution → inventory and logistics
04

Hire-to-Retire

Recruiting → onboarding → performance → development → offboarding
05

Record-to-Report

Transaction capture → close → consolidation → reporting and analysis
06

Issue-to-Resolution

Intake → triage → resolution → follow-up

You leave with action items, not notes.

The two days are structured around building it. By the close on day two, you will have the action items ready to refine and expand your company processes on Monday, over the next one to two quarters, and long-term.

  • Your own backbone, mapped gate by gate
  • An AI opportunity heat map scored across all three tiers
  • A prioritized action plan naming what to start first
  • The medium and longer-range moves to schedule, and the ones to leave alone
  • Governance and risk notes to protect what you build
The place

Downtown Chicago, on the river at Michigan Avenue.

Gleacher Center450 North Cityfront Plaza Drive
Chicago, Illinois 60611

The Gleacher Center is the University of Chicago Booth School of Business downtown campus, at the corner of the Chicago River and North Michigan Avenue. It is a purpose-built executive education building, which is why the rooms actually work for two days of hands-on sessions.

  • Walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, the Loop, and Streeterville hotels, with Ogilvie and Union stations a short ride away.
  • Parking is easy. Several garages within a short walk offer low daily rates, and we send the current list with rates and entrances to every registered attendee.
  • Transit and air. The CTA Red Line at Grand is a short walk. O’Hare and Midway are both a straightforward ride.
  • Everything is in the building. Breakfast, lunch, and all sessions both days, so you are not moving between venues.

The Program Certificate

Leave with your Program Certificate in Advanced AI Leadership Applications in Emerging Business.

Every attendee who completes both days and successfully completes a short end-of-program assessment receives the Program Certificate, presented at the closing session, along with a digital version you can share on LinkedIn. It marks two days of real work, and the people who were in the room with you know exactly what it took.

THE AI MULTIPLIER SERIES
Advanced AI Leadership Applications in Emerging Business
Program Certificate
AIMS · Chicago · October 28–29, 2026

The Program Certificate is issued by the AI Multiplier Series and recognizes completion of this program. It is a program credential that empowers operators to put AI to work in their business, and is not accredited by, affiliated with, or issued by any university, licensing body, or continuing-education authority.

Questions people ask before they register.

Do I need any technical background?

No. This is built for owners and executives, not engineers. The workshops and build blocks are guided, and faculty work the room so nobody gets stuck. If you can run a business, you can do the work in this room.

What time does each day run?

Both days run 8:30am to 5:00pm. Breakfast is served from 8:30am and lunch is included both days, and everything happens in the same building, so you are not moving between venues.

Should I come myself or send someone else?

Either works, and plenty of companies do both. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who will actually own this when they get back. We have had strong interest from sales leaders, who leave with concrete moves on lead-to-cash, and from operations leaders, who own the process backbones the whole method is built around. IT and technology leaders get a great deal out of it too, as do finance, marketing, and HR leaders. Our honest recommendation is to bring the team, because implementation moves far faster when the people who have to agree on it were all in the room together.

What is the Program Certificate?

Attendees who complete both days and successfully complete a short end-of-program assessment receive the Program Certificate in Advanced AI Leadership Applications in Emerging Business, presented at the closing session, with a digital version you can share on LinkedIn. It is issued by the AI Multiplier Series and recognizes completion of this program. It is a program credential that empowers operators to put AI to work in their business, and is not accredited by, affiliated with, or issued by any university, licensing body, or continuing-education authority.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop and a real problem from your own business. The more specific the problem, the better the two days work for you.

Who else will be in the room?

The room holds seventy-one. Sixty-four of those are attendee seats, alongside our faculty of AI operators, machine learning PhD researchers, university professors, executives, and entrepreneurs. They do not present and disappear: around their own sessions they work the floor during build blocks and sit with tables during breakouts. It is capped on purpose so the room stays a working group rather than an audience.

Where is it, and what about parking?

The Gleacher Center, 450 North Cityfront Plaza Drive, at the Chicago River and North Michigan Avenue. There are several parking garages within a short walk that offer low daily rates, and we send every registered attendee the current list with rates, entrances, and walking directions, along with hotel and transit options. See the map and location details above.

I need more than six seats.

Email hello@aimultiplierseries.com and we will put together a package and send an invoice. Every seat after the third is 50% off, that continues past six, and for larger groups and custom packages we can go further than the standard 50%. Tell us the headcount and what you are trying to accomplish and we will price it.

What does the early bird special mean?

It is an initial early bird special offered exclusively to Vistage members and their associates, and it saves $500 or more per seat through September 7. Combined with multi-seat pricing, total savings go well beyond that: $2,124.75 on two seats, $4,874.25 on three, and $13,122.75 on six, measured against the $4,999 standard rate. Pricing and offer deadlines are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. The AI Multiplier Series is an independent program and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Can I be invoiced instead of paying by card?

Yes, and for most companies it is easier. Email hello@aimultiplierseries.com with the number of seats and we will send an invoice payable by ACH or check.

What if I cannot make it after I register?

You have a full 24 hours after purchase to change your mind and get a complete refund, no questions asked. After that, seats are non-refundable, but you can transfer yours to a colleague free of charge up to seven days before the program. Full detail is in our refund and cancellation policy.
