This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers aimultiplierseries.com and the AI Multiplier Series programs. We are AI Multiplier Series LLC, an Illinois limited liability company at 1 E Superior Street, Chicago, Illinois 60611. You can reach us any time at hello@aimultiplierseries.com.

1. What we collect

You give us: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, billing and payment details, attendee details for seats you buy on someone else’s behalf, dietary or accessibility requirements you tell us about, and anything you write to us or submit through a form.

We collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar analytics data, through cookies and comparable technologies.

At the event: registration and check-in records, and photography and video of the program, as described in Section 6.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

2. Payment information

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment providers, currently Shopify Payments and its underlying processors, who handle card data under their own security standards and privacy terms. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits, and the card type.

3. How we use it

• To sell you a registration and get you into the room: order processing, confirmations, badges, catering counts, materials, and certificates.
• To run the program and communicate with you about it before, during, and after.
• To send marketing emails about future programs, where you have opted in. Every one has an unsubscribe link and we honor it.
• To improve the site and understand what is working.
• To meet our legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.

We use your phone number only for urgent, program-related contact. We do not send marketing text messages and do not sell or share phone numbers.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do a job for us, and only for that job. Currently that is: Shopify (e-commerce, hosting, and order records), Shopify Payments and its underlying card processors (payment), Klaviyo (email and marketing), Google Analytics (site analytics), and the event venue and its caterer (headcounts, access lists, and dietary requirements).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some cookie-based advertising activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws; see Section 8 and our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out.

Sponsors and partners: we do not give sponsors or partners the attendee list. A sponsor receives your contact information only where you affirmatively choose to share it, at the event, by opting in. Aggregate, non-identifying information about the room may be shared with partners.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the store and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand traffic and reach relevant audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you visit with a Global Privacy Control signal enabled, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser and device.

6. Photography, video, and biometric information

The program is photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded and to our use of that footage to promote the AI Multiplier Series. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us at registration or email hello@aimultiplierseries.com in advance and we will accommodate you.

Biometric information. We do not collect, capture, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information as those terms are defined in the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, 740 ILCS 14. We do not use facial recognition, facial geometry scanning, fingerprint or retina scanning, or automated face-tagging of event photography. If that ever changes, we will obtain your written consent in advance, in accordance with that Act, before any capture occurs.

7. How long we keep it

We keep registration and transaction records for as long as needed to run the program and then for the period required by tax, accounting, and limitations law, generally seven years. Marketing contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.

8. Your rights

Everyone. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing, at any time. Email hello@aimultiplierseries.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you or treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, and other state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we collect and disclose, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. We verify requests by matching the email address on file, and an authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written permission.

We do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Sensitive personal information. We collect a limited category of sensitive personal information: dietary requirements and accessibility or disability accommodation requests you choose to give us. We use it only to arrange your accommodation with the venue and caterer, we do not use or disclose it for any other purpose, we do not use it to infer characteristics about you, and we delete it within 90 days after the Program. You may ask us to limit or delete it at hello@aimultiplierseries.com.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you and any applicable regulator without unreasonable delay where notification is required by applicable law, and in any event as required by the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act, 815 ILCS 530.

10. Where your information is held

We operate in the United States and our service providers store information in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

10.1 Visitors from the EEA and UK

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process your personal information on the following bases: to perform our contract with you (registration, delivery of the Program, and support); our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site and in marketing our own programs to business contacts; your consent, where we ask for it (marketing email, non-essential cookies); and compliance with our legal obligations. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Personal information is transferred to and stored in the United States; we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum with our processors. 11. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, notify you by email.
