Hi [name],
There is a two-day AI intensive for business owners and executives in Chicago on October 28 and 29, at the Gleacher Center. Sixty-four seats, small on purpose. The faculty are operators, founders and university professors, and the format is hands-on. You map your own business and then build against it in the room, so you leave with action items rather than a folder of notes.
I thought of you because [one sentence about why: their industry, something they mentioned, a problem they are working on].

“If you run a company and you have been meaning to get serious about AI rather than just reading about it, there is a two-day intensive in Chicago on October 28 and 29. Operators, founders and university professors teaching, sixty-four seats, and you spend the two days working on your own business rather than watching slides.

“Three ways in, from $2,500 to $5,500 a seat, both days, breakfast and lunch included. The difference is how much work they do on your specific company before and after. All of it is on the page.”
How to describe the faculty
You may absolutely say who is teaching. It is a real part of why people come. We just need it worded the way we are contractually required to word it. Copy this exactly, and do not add any other employer, university, business school or past role for anyone.
Faculty include Sean Gayle, Director of SLED AI Application Engineering at Microsoft; Andy Crestodina, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Orbit Media Studios; Gan Zhang, PhD, Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign; Prof. Alexander Rasin of the School of Computing at DePaul University; Michael Gustafson, Co-Founder of Three Pillars Financial AI; and Syd Reynolds, Founder of Lush. Faculty appear in their individual professional capacity. Microsoft does not sponsor or endorse the AI Multiplier Series, and no employer or university named above sponsors or endorses it.
If you mention Microsoft anywhere, that non-endorsement sentence has to appear in the same email or post. Not in a bio, not in a reply. The same piece of writing.

One thing to keep in mind
Please do not promise specific numbers or outcomes. Nobody can promise what any one company will get out of two days. Every business is different, every person walks in at a different place, and a lot of it comes down to what someone brings to the room. What we can tell people is that we are building the best two days we possibly can for everyone who is there. So describe what the program is: the format, the faculty, the dates, the size of the room. Let people decide for themselves.
