Nothing physical ships to you. You are buying a seat at a live event, and everything you need arrives by email at the address on your order. This page explains exactly what arrives, when, and what to do if it does not.
1. What you receive, and when

2. There is no ticket to print
We do not issue barcodes, scannable tickets, or mailed passes. The room is small and check-in is by name. You do not need to bring anything except yourself, a laptop, and a real problem from your own business. If it makes you more comfortable to have your order confirmation on your phone, bring it, but it is not required.
3. Multi-seat orders and attendee names
If you bought more than one seat, the order is registered to the purchaser until you tell us who is coming. Send us each attendee’s full name, title, company, and email address at least 14 days before the program, using the link in your registration confirmation or by replying to that email.
We need this to print badges, seat tables by sector, and give the venue an accurate headcount. If we do not have names by the deadline, we will issue badges in the purchaser’s name and your colleagues can still attend, but we cannot guarantee correct badges or seating.
4. Delivery is to the email on your order
Everything goes to the email address entered at checkout. Check that it is correct before you pay. If it is wrong, or if you want registration email sent to an assistant or a different address, email hello@aimultiplierseries.com and we will change it.
We are not responsible for email that fails to arrive because of an incorrect address, a full mailbox, or a corporate spam filter. That said, if you have not heard from us, we will fix it — see the next section.
5. If you did not receive something
Check your spam and promotions folders first, and search for aimultiplierseries.com. Corporate mail systems are the usual culprit. Adding hello@aimultiplierseries.com to your address book or safe-sender list before the event solves it in almost every case.
If it still has not arrived, email hello@aimultiplierseries.com with your name and order number and we will resend it the same business day. A missing email never affects your registration. Your seat is held from the moment your payment is confirmed, whether or not you received anything.
6. Costs and taxes
There are no delivery, shipping, handling, booking, or processing fees, because nothing ships. The seat price shown is the full price of admission. Sales tax is added at checkout where required by law and is shown before you pay. The only other charge that can arise is a $25 badge replacement fee if you lose your badge on site. Travel, lodging, and transportation to the program are your own responsibility and are never included; see the Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy before you book any of them.
7. Where the program takes place
October 28–29, 2026
Gleacher Center, 450 North Cityfront Plaza, Chicago, Illinois
Both days: 8:30am to 5:00pm. Breakfast is served from 8:30am and lunch is included both days.
8. Changes and cancellation
Registrations are non-refundable after the first 24 hours, and seats transfer to a colleague free of charge up to 7 days before the program. Full detail is in the Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy.
